As Real-World Assets (RWA) and digital assets continue to reshape the global financial landscape, establishing transparent and effective legal mechanisms for resolving disputes has emerged as one of the most critical challenges facing the sector. This issue will be among the key topics addressed by Mr. Phung Anh Tuan, Managing Partner of VCI Legal and Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Vietnam Association of Financial Investors (VAFI), at the Vietnam RWA Summit 2026.

With an interdisciplinary academic background spanning economics and law, Mr. Phung Anh Tuan holds a Master of Laws in Business Law from Northwestern University in the United States, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Economic Law in Vietnam.

At Vietnam RWA Summit 2026, Mr. Phung Anh Tuan will share practical insights into the complex disputes that may arise in the rapidly evolving RWA and digital asset ecosystem. His discussion will focus on the importance of establishing clear and effective dispute resolution frameworks capable of addressing the legal, financial and technological complexities inherent in these emerging asset classes.

As the tokenisation of real-world assets continues to gain momentum, the development of a transparent, predictable and enforceable dispute resolution framework will be essential to strengthening investor confidence and supporting the sustainable growth of the digital economy. Against this backdrop, effective legal mechanisms will play a critical role in creating a secure and transparent investment environment for market participants.

Through his practical experience in corporate transactions, financial markets, risk management and emerging technologies, Mr. Phung Anh Tuan is expected to provide a practical perspective on how legal frameworks can evolve to address the unique challenges of RWA-related disputes and support the development of a more secure and sustainable digital asset ecosystem in Vietnam.

Vietnam RWA Summit 2026 will bring together leading experts, investors, policymakers and market participants to discuss the development of the RWA ecosystem and the opportunities and challenges arising from the tokenisation of real-world assets.
